Franco Letterman Argue Over Who Sucks More…At Oscar Hosting!

We know who we'd pick…but let's hear them out all the same!
Last night, James Franco was on The Late Show and he got into a rousing argument with David Letterman over who was the worst host of the Oscars - him or David!
David said himself, but James argued his own case.

Apparently, they want their money back…now!

Mimran Schur Pictures, led by David Mimran and Jordan Schur, filed a lawsuit yesterday against Nu Image and Millennium Films because their flick Stone, starring Robert DeNiro, returned little to no profit, none of which they saw a penny of.

Welcome to independent film making!

The story goes that the newbie film financing company put up nearly $6 million in 2010 to bankroll this film. They believed in it that much and they assumed they would make that money back and then some. Unfortunately, the movie bombed on top of being sold to distributors for a less than desirable sum. Besides that, these guys were way down the list on getting their money back. First, the producers had to pay their loan back to Comericia Bank. Then, they had to pay their international sales agent 5% commission. But after that was all squared away, they would get taken care off.

But they day hasn't and probably won't ever come, so now, instead of waiting, they're suing for their investment back…and then some, claiming they were duped into the thinking the foreign distribution sale would more than make up their initial investment.

Sorry guys, but that is just how the Hollywood cookie crumbles. Your money is gone and if the movie didn't do well, its unlikely that they have that kind of dough to give anyway! Whoops!

Watch: Björk Releases A Music Video For Moon

Back in July we got our first look at Crystalline, the first music video from Björk‘s new album Biophilia. Today we get to check out the second music video from the disc for the single Moon. In fine Björk fashion, the video is a mixture of neat visuals and Björk quirkiness. Check it out in [...]

Last night David and I were invited by our dear friend Tamar’s parents to attend a casual dinner party engagement celebration at their home and we had the best time getting to celebrate Tam and Rob’s wedding engagement with both of their families. The whole evening was very laid back, but very very fun. We ate the best food, drank the best drinks and just had a blast hanging out together.

Ollie concocted 2 signature drinks inspired by Rob and Tam, Eileen brought THE most delicious cupcakes and we brought the champagne. Tam’s mom provided some delicious eats — I mean, THE best food. We got to meet Rob’s mom for the first time along with some of his best childhood friends. It was such a special night. It was very nice of Tam and Rob to include us in their special night. We just love those two so much :)

Today, lazy Sunday. I’m not doing ANYTHING. Nothing. Nada. Hope your Sunday is just as relaxing ;D

Longtime Pepsi celebrity spokesmodel David Beckham teamed up with Modern Family star Sofia Vergara here in SoCal earlier today to film a Pepsi commercial together. Elijah Wood and some dude in a furry dog costume (identified as actor Jason Gann) were spotted on the boardwalk in Venice, CA yesterday filming new scenes for a new TV series titled Wilfred. Now, I’m not at all sure what Wilfred is about (nor was I aware that Elijah had signed up to do TV) but it would appear from the photos below that Elijah‘s character enjoys smoking marijuana. Among the scenes he filmed yesterday, Elijah was spotted puffing on a prop bong … er, at least, I think it was a prop bong.

LOL! Weed, a dog costume and cotton candy. It looks like Wilfred will be a fun show to watch. I can’t wait to see and hear more about this curious new TV series, can you?
